ICPE 2011 offers several grants to enable students/researchers to attend the conference. Grants cover the registration (including meals) and possibly travel expenses and/or hotel room during the conference.

The ICPE 2011 support grants are mainly intended for PhD students. They will be awarded based on a combination of need and merit.

How to apply?

To apply you should submit the following:

1. A fully filled-out ICPE 2011 Support Grant Application. The application form is included below.
2. A letter of recommendation from your advisor, supporting the application, which must cover the technical merit of your participation.
3. A short statement (up to one page) describing any research you have been doing and a list of papers you have published. If you have a paper accepted for ICPE 2011 this statement is not required.

Applications have to be in plain text (no attachments, simple ASCII text in the body of your message), in English, and submitted by email to kounev(at)kit(dot)edu. The advisor's statement should be sent separately from the application, and should indicate the applicant's name in the "Subject" line.

The deadline for receipt of applications for support grants is Jan 30, 2011.

Notifications will be sent out via e-mail by Feb 07, 2011.
